All dogs must have up to date Vaccinations, including Kennel Cough.

A current Vaccination Certificate, together with microchip number must be shown on arrival.

 Insurance Details, Emergency Contact, Vet Details and whether they are neutered or not must all also be disclosed.

 Dogs under 1 are welcome at Towsers.

All dogs must be up to date with parasite and worming treatments.

As you are aware we at Towsers insist that all dogs have a current kennel cough vaccination which is done with an intra-nasal vaccine that many dogs hate and can be very difficult to administer. There is just now on the market a new vaccine which covers kennel cough Bordatella bronchiseptica bacteria) that is administered by mouth, i.e. few drops in the corner of the mouth. This will make a big difference for many dogs who hate having the current vaccine squirted up their nose.

There are a few points to note for the new vaccine:

Can be used from 8 weeks of age

Lasts for 12 months

Can be used alongside compatible vaccines (i.e. the annual booster)

Needs to be used 3 weeks before kennelling
